The Finance Daily Worker is responsible for supporting the Base Accountant by ensuring the appropriate physical and digital archiving of all financial supporting documents.

• Support the registration and preparation of postbacks as needed.
• Keep all bank, financial and tax supporting documents organized and always secured as per the physical and digital archiving Policy.
• Support the consolidation of all financial supporting documents of the mission assuring the correct naming of the documents.
• Participate in the preventive controls requested by HQ & Compliance Manager monthly.
• Support and participate in the Audits when required by HQ, Finance Coordinator and Compliance Manager. •Support in the consolidation of contract and project archiving as per AAH Procedure
• Support in preparing VAT and NRT documents required for the report.

• Student or recent graduate in Accounting and Finance or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Commit to respect the strictest confidentiality regarding AAH data and Respect of AAH policies and procedures
• 1 -2 years of relevant work experience in related field
• Available upon request
• Languages: English and Arabic (compulsory working languages, fluent spoken and written)
• IT and specific systems: Good command of MS office, compulsory expertise in Excel.  
• Duty Station: The position is based in AAH South base

Full day: $40 from 9:00 A.M. till 3:00 P.M. 

Half day: $20 from 9:00 A.M. till 12:00 P.M. or from 12:00 till 3:00 P.M.
