The Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Program Manager will manage the ongoing and upcoming MHPSS projects in Gaza. Action Against Hunger's (ACF) current MHPSS portfolio comprises of multisectoral Psychosocial Support (PSS) interventions integrated into Nutrition, Water and Sanitation (WASH) and Food, Securily and Livelihoods (FSL) activities as well as the provision of support to frontline workers, including Training of Trainers and Psychological First Aid (PFA).
They will promote the creation of strategic synergies for the development of the MHPSS component in Occupied Palestinian Territory (oPT) mission and will work closely with relevant partners. They will closely coordinate with ACF’s Psychosocial Experts in HQ to ensure the ongoing and future activities endorse ACF’s strategic priorities and build on the current policies, guidelines and tools developed for PSS interventions. In addition, they will contextualize and adapt global guidelines, tools, and protocols to meet locally identified needs for MHPSS program implementation and training.

Education/Training: | University Degree ideally in clinical psychology, psychology, psychiatry, social work or related field with experience in psychosocial sector and humanitarian field. |
